Is this different from the regular WhatsApp Business app?
Yes. The WhatsApp Business app is built for one phone, one person. BranForge gives your whole team a shared inbox for the same number — with assignment, notes, and payment tools the app doesn't have.
Do I need a new WhatsApp number?
Your existing number can be connected, but it can no longer run the regular WhatsApp Business app at the same time. Most businesses starting out prefer to pilot on a second number first — we'll help you decide what's right for you.
Is this POPIA and CPA compliant?
Consent tracking (opt-in/opt-out) and automatic STOP-keyword handling are built into the platform, not an afterthought. That said, you remain responsible for how you use it — we'll walk you through what that means on your onboarding call.
What does it cost?
We're running a small early-access pilot right now — pricing is confirmed with you directly on your call, not a fixed public rate yet.
I'm not technical. Is that a problem?
No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use this. We handle the setup end to end.
